By accessing or purchasing digital goods on TR Digi Products (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Digital Product Licenses & Usage Rights

When you purchase any product from TR Digi Products, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license under the following guidelines:

• Permitted: You may use the software, source code, UI kits, and templates for unlimited personal, business, and client projects.
• Permitted: You may modify, combine, or adapt the source code to fit your application's requirements.
• Prohibited: You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the raw source files or license keys as standalone products or on open marketplaces.

3. Instant Digital Fulfillment

All purchases are fulfilled electronically and immediately upon confirmed payment. Download links and commercial license keys are generated instantly in your customer Downloads Vault and transmitted via email.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our products are irrevocable digital software files, all sales are generally final once the asset has been downloaded. However, if a product is demonstrably defective, broken, or not as described and our support team cannot provide a working fix within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund or store replacement credit upon request.

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Downloads Vault access keys. TR Digi Products reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, unauthorized key distribution, or system abuse.
